I would just like to take the time to tell you how happy I am with our new windows system. With numerous software packages at numerous price points now available to the ground transportation industry, I spent a great deal of time researching which one would best fit our company.

Being a former DOS based software user, the switch from DOS to Windows has been a lifesaver. We are now able to email receipts, confirmations, and trip sheets to our drivers. Also being able to color code the dispatch screen has made dispatching a dream for our staff.

One of the major plusses has been your staff. As a new user we had many questions and occasional error messages. I was always treated professionally and promptly. I am very pleased with the system and it has made our daily operations more efficient and increased productivity.

We’ve been using LMS since the birth of CEO Corporate Limousine Inc. LMS has allowed us to operate efficiently and affectively, using the various features and report.

LMS was able to train my office staff in a short amount of time to use of the LMS Gold program; the program is very user friendly and easy to operate.

We have recently upgraded to the windows based program, and the transition was seamless. The Tech support team that converted our data achieved the goal quickly and with great accuracy. I began working with LMS in 1984 in the Tampa /St. Petersburg area in Florida, using the original LMS Version 1. In those days, I was not very trusting of technology and did not appreciate the value of what technology could provide, but I took your advice to computerize and automate. You were able to get us going and to teach us how to use the system. It has been a tremendous advantage to my operation ever since. LMS has been an integral part of our business as we have grown and expanded to what we are today.

Over the years, LMS has been by our side as we have expanded and upgraded to new versions and capabilities to meet our ever growing and changing needs. We eventually moved from Florida to start an average size service in New York, and have grown from a 2 car operation to a medium size operation running 50 vehicles. We have also been able to organize and maintain a sizeable international network with affiliates in over 350 cities. We have become an award winning service in New York, being awarded operator of the year. All along, year after year, LMS has helped us grow. I feel after 20 years with LMS, that not only has it been a part of my business but it has contributed greatly to my growth.

I can even count on you to remotely connect from California into my system within the hour to provide support. I feel confident when I recommend LMS to my affiliates in other cities. LMS has been by our side incorporating new and better features. You have continued to provide this same service to our affiliates, enabling them to also become more automated and efficient. I am extremely excited about the up and coming new Affiliate Link which will allow us to send reservations back and forth to other LMS Gold users electronically.

I am so glad that I got involved with LMS and learned to trust the technology that it has to offer. I feel I made the right decision, and even more so now as I have involved a 2nd generation in the running and maintaining of ELS International.
